Sadie and Carter Kane have been separated sense the death of their mother. Sadie has lived with their grandparents and Carter has traveled with his father Julius. On a visit with Sadie the trio goes to a museum. The father seems fascinated with the Rosetta Stone, and to Sadie and Carter’s surprise he somehow blows it up. A mysterious man named Amos comes in to takes them to safety, bringing them to what he calls their family home. Soon enough Sadie and Carter find out that they are descendants of Egyptian Gods and that their father has been captured by Set the Egyptian God of chaos who was released when the Rosetta Stone blew up, along with many others. Now Sadie and Carter must rescue their father and stop Set from creating chaos.

I recommend this book to any one who has an interest in Egyptian Gods, action and adventure.

Jason wakes up on a school bus with no idea who he is or how he got there. His two companions fill him in on who they are (his girlfriend and best friend) and tell him they are on a field trip to the Grand Canyon. After arriving at the Grand Canyon one of his classmates turns into a storm spirit and attacks him. To everyone’s surprise Jason turns a coin into a sword and fights off the storm spirit but not before it takes Coach Hedge. Then a flying chariot shows up and brings the trio to Camp Half-Blood where they find out that they are all Demi-Gods, and that they must find Hera and rescue her, the fate of the world is at risk!

I recommend this book for anyone who likes action and adventure, and maybe a little love.

I recommend this book to ANYONE who loves a good action-packed adventure!
